H Wireless Phone Repair provides a limited warranty on eligible repairs. This warranty covers defects in installed replacement parts and technician workmanship directly related to the specific repair service performed.
What Is Covered
Defective Parts
If an installed replacement screen, battery, or charging port exhibits a manufacturing defect or fails under normal operating conditions during the warranty window, we will re-examine and service the component.
Workmanship Quality
Errors in assembly, loose internal connections, or installation flaws caused directly by our technicians during the approved repair are covered for corrective adjustment.
What Is Excluded
To keep our warranty fair and transparent, the following circumstances void or fall outside our warranty coverage:
- New Physical Accidental Damage: Drops, cracked glass, crushed OLED panels, pressure damage, bent frames, or impact marks occurring after pickup.
- Liquid & Water Damage: Any device exposed to water, moisture, steam, or chemical liquid before or after the repair.
- Third-Party Tampering: Devices opened, modified, or serviced by another repair shop, technician, or the customer after leaving our store.
- Unrelated Hardware/Software Issues: Faults in parts of the device that were not serviced during the original repair (e.g., motherboard failures, OS updates, or iCloud/Google locks).
