Terms governing repair authorization, diagnostics, hardware pickup, and customer agreements at H Wireless Phone Repair.
1. Repair Authorization & Estimate
By leaving a device with H Wireless Phone Repair, you authorize our technicians to perform diagnostic inspections and agreed-upon hardware repair work. Repair pricing is explained before work commences.
2. Pre-Existing Damage & Data
H Wireless Phone Repair is not responsible for pre-existing internal board corrosion, prior liquid damage, software bugs, or data loss occurring during service. Customers are encouraged to back up personal device data before repair.
3. Uncollected Devices
Devices left uncollected at our store (9705 Telephone Rd # C, Houston, TX 77075) for more than 60 days following notice of repair completion may be considered abandoned and recycled to cover diagnostic and storage costs in accordance with Texas law.
