Mini 7 or mini 6?
The mini 7 looks the same as the mini 6 on the outside. Inside it has the A17 Pro chip and supports Apple Pencil Pro. Check Settings > General > About, where it shows as iPad mini (A17 Pro), so we order the right screen.

You do not have to give us your passcode. You can unlock the iPad at the counter so we can test the new screen with you watching. Remove the case and any loose screen protector before you come in, and bring the Apple Pencil if pairing is part of the problem.
