How Much Does iPhone Screen Repair Cost in Houston?

Price depends mostly on your model and panel type. These are our current starting prices, and they sit below what most West Houston shops publish for the same work:

Model: iPhone 16
Price: from $114
Model: iPhone 15
Price: from $94
Model: iPhone 14
Price: from $74
Model: iPhone 13
Price: from $64
Model: iPhone 12
Price: from $63
Model: iPhone 11 and older
Price: from $54

"From" is the starting price for that model line. Pro and Pro Max sizes and the part grade you choose can change the final number, and you see the exact price at the counter after the free diagnostic, before any work starts. Want a quote before you drive over? Call (713) 987-1155 with your model.

iPhone 16 Screen Repair in Houston

The iPhone 16 lineup carries the newest and most expensive display Apple makes. Every model uses an OLED panel, and the 16 Pro and 16 Pro Max add ProMotion, which refreshes up to 120 times per second. That panel technology is why iPhone 16 screen repair starts at $114, the top of our price table. Because these parts are newer, we confirm stock when you call or walk in, and same-day completion is our goal whenever the part is on the shelf. After the install we check touch across the whole glass, brightness, ProMotion on Pro models and Face ID before you leave.

iPhone 15 Screen Repair in Houston

Every iPhone 15 model has the Dynamic Island, the cutout around the front camera and Face ID sensors, and every one switched from Lightning to USB-C. The Dynamic Island is where we take the most care: the sensors sit right behind it, so the new panel has to seat precisely to keep Face ID and the selfie camera working. iPhone 15 screen repair starts at $94, and most jobs take about 30 to 45 minutes once the part is in hand. USB-C also brings plenty of loose-cable and slow-charging complaints. If that is happening too, ask about our iPhone charging port repair in Houston during the same visit.

iPhone 14, 13 and 12 Screen Repair in Houston

This is the value tier. The iPhone 14 starts at $74, the iPhone 13 at $64 and the iPhone 12 at $63, and all three still run current iOS well. Next to the price of a new phone, repair usually wins by a wide margin, especially when everything else works. All three generations use OLED displays, including the mini and Plus models, so the picture you get back depends on the part grade you pick, explained below. If your phone has other problems that make repair poor value, we will say so honestly, and we keep unlocked phones in-store if replacing it is the better call.

Cracked iPhone Screen Repair in Houston - Glass or the Whole Display?

Broken screens fail in three common ways:

  • Cracked glass, display still works. The image looks fine under the cracks and touch responds. The glass and display are replaced as one assembly, but the phone is otherwise healthy.
  • Dead or damaged display. Black screen, green or purple lines, ink-like blotches or flicker, sometimes with no visible crack.
  • Touch failure. The picture looks normal, but taps do not register or the phone types on its own. Ghost touch often comes from a damaged or low-quality screen. True "touch disease" on older models is a board fault a new screen will not cure.

A black screen can also be a dead battery or a board problem after a hard drop. The free diagnostic tests with a known-good screen, so you only pay for the repair that fixes it. If the phone got wet, see our water damage repair service instead.

OLED vs LCD iPhone Screens - What You Are Paying For

OLED versus LCD is the biggest reason iPhone screen repair costs more on newer models. An LCD shines a backlight through a liquid crystal layer; it is cheaper to make and was used on the iPhone 11, XR, 8 and older, and the SE models. OLED lights each pixel on its own, which gives true blacks, higher contrast and a thinner panel. It is used on the iPhone X, XS, 11 Pro and every model from the iPhone 12 onward, and it costs more to produce.

OLED replacement screens also come in grades. A higher-grade OLED part keeps the original thinness, color and brightness. Lower-cost aftermarket screens for OLED phones are often LCD-based: they work and save money, but can be slightly thicker, less bright and harder on battery. We show you the options at the counter and you choose.

True Tone and Face ID After iPhone Screen Replacement in Houston

We test both features with you before and after every repair.

True Tone

True Tone adjusts white balance to the light in the room, using calibration data tied to the original screen. On many models we transfer that data to the new panel with a programming tool. If your model or chosen part does not support the transfer, we tell you before we start.

Face ID

Face ID is not part of the screen, but its sensors sit directly behind it. We check Face ID before opening the phone, work carefully around that area and check again afterward. If it was already failing from an earlier drop, you hear about it first.

One honest note: on recent iOS versions, a non-Apple screen can show a notice in Settings saying the part could not be verified. The phone works normally; we just want you to know first.

iPhone Screen Repair vs Battery Replacement in Houston

Plenty of phones come in for a screen and also need a battery. A worn battery can fake other problems: shutdowns at 20 percent, a sluggish phone, overheating or a charge gone by lunch. A swollen battery can even push the display out of the frame, which looks like screen damage and can crack brand-new glass. Since the phone is already open for the screen, doing both in one visit saves a second trip. We check battery health during the free diagnostic and tell you plainly whether it can wait. Details are on our iPhone battery replacement in Houston page.

Will I Lose My Data During iPhone Screen Repair?

No. A screen replacement does not touch your phone's storage, so photos, messages, apps and contacts stay where they are. Replacing a screen does not require resetting, updating or restoring the phone. If you would rather not share your passcode, you can unlock the phone yourself at the counter for the final checks.

We still recommend a backup before any repair. If the screen responds, run an iCloud backup on Wi-Fi. If it is dead, a cable backup to a computer the phone already trusts often still works. And if the drop was hard enough to damage the board, a recent backup is what protects you.

iPhone Screen Repair Open Sunday in South Houston - 9 AM to 8 PM Daily

We are open every day, Monday through Sunday, 9 AM to 8 PM, and Sunday hours match any weekday. Many repair shops around Houston close on Sundays or run short weekend hours, so a Saturday night drop can become a Monday problem. Here you can walk in Sunday morning and, with the part in stock, our goal is to have you back on your phone the same day.

We are a short drive from the Hobby Airport area, South Belt, Edgebrook, Park Place, Golfcrest, Pasadena, the city of South Houston and Pearland. No appointment needed; call ahead if you are coming from farther out.

Most iPhone screen repairs take about 30 to 45 minutes. Same-day service is our goal on every repair, and if your part is not in stock, we tell you when it will be ready.
OLED screens, used on the iPhone X, XS, 11 Pro and every model from the iPhone 12 onward, cost more to make than the LCD screens on the iPhone 11, XR and older models. On OLED models, higher-grade parts keep the original brightness and color, while lower-cost options save money with some trade-offs. We show you the choices before the repair.
Face ID is not part of the screen, and we test it before and after every repair. On many models we transfer True Tone data to the new screen. If your model or part cannot support the transfer, we tell you before we start.
If the picture looks normal under the cracks and touch works, the damage is mostly to the glass. Black areas, lines, blotches, flicker or touch that does not respond point to the display or touch layer. Our free diagnostic confirms which one it is.
No. A screen replacement does not touch your phone's storage, so your photos, messages and apps stay in place. We still recommend backing up before any repair.
Yes. Eligible repairs come with our 90-day warranty. Ask at the counter which parts of your repair are covered.
No appointment is needed. We are open Monday to Sunday, 9 AM to 8 PM, including Sundays. Calling (713) 987-1155 ahead lets us confirm your part is in stock.
